% 28.01.2025 Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the admission of the petitioner has been regularized without prejudice to the submissions made by the respondents in the present petition. He also undertakes that the petitioner shall be entitled to be imparted with education and shall receive RTE entitlements as per law.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he does not wish to pursue the matter further.

Accordingly, the instant petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
