Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

The grievance raised in the instant writ petition relates to demolition of alleged illegal and unauthorized constructions raised by respondent Nos.4 and 5 at One Style Mile 6, Olive Bar and Kitchen duly shown in Red Colour in the attached site plan and photographs.

Looking at the nature of the grievance raised in the instant writ petition, the Court finds that the same can be agitated before the said Special The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Task Force ["STF"] which has been constituted by the DDA in terms of the notification dated 08.03.2019.

The petitioner appears to have made the complaint to multiple authorities, including the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation of Delhi, however, there is no document to indicate that the petitioner has ever filed a proper representation/complaint before the STF. 5.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, however, submits that on receipt of complaint, the respondent-Corporation has taken the necessary steps and demolition action has also been taken on 23.07.2024.

Let the respondent-Corporation to do the needful and to take issue to its logical end.

The petitioner, however, is granted liberty to approach the STF, if he feels that his grievance is not completely mitigated. 8.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
