After making submissions for some time, Mr. P. R. Sikka, counsel for Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present writ petition and reserve all the contentions raised therein to be urged before the Adjudicating Authority, since the impugned order under challenge is a Provisional Attachment Order under Section 5(1) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

The Adjudicating Authority shall consider all the grounds urged by the Petitioner including those raised in the present writ petition and take a decision thereon, in accordance with law. In case the said decision of the Adjudicating Authority is against the interest of the Petitioner, they shall be free to avail all possible legal remedies as provided under law.
