% 13.04.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondents have already issued and delivered the passport to the petitioner and the petitioner is required to surrender the Identity Certificate (I.C.).

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the Identity Certificate (I.C.) shall be surrendered to the local office at Mumbai within ten days from today.
