Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, on advance instructions, submits that the respondent-Corporation has already taken necessary action in accordance with law and is committed to do the needful as per the applicable legal provisions. 5.

Learned counsel further submits that the further demolition action is also fixed on 05.09.2024.

The Court, at this stage, records the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation and grants liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation/complaint before the STF in case the grievance of the petitioner is not fully mitigated. 7.

With the aforesaid observations, at this stage, the instant writ petition stands disposed of alongwith the pending application.
