The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "i. Kindly set aside the order dated 21.12.2023 passed by Ld ASJ02 in FIR No. 142/2023 to the extent of supplying the copy of FIR to accused.

ii. Pass any other order/s which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper to meet the ends of justice;"

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the document in question has already been supplied to the accused alongwith the chargesheet. 4.

In view of the above, she seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as being infructuous.
