Till date, no affidavit in terms with order dated 04.09.2024 and 13.09.2024 has been filed on behalf of respondent. It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent that the relief sought has already been granted to some of the workmen in the petitioner Union and respondent is not averse to directions sought in this writ petition. The petitioner has sought a limited direction to the respondent to expedite the recovery proceedings pertaining to the workmen named in the list annexed with the petition as Annexure A. It is submitted on behalf of respondent that some of the workmen named in Annexure A have already been paid the amounts due. 2.

Under these circumstances, the writ petition is allowed, directing the respondent to expedite the recovery proceedings related to those workmen named in Annexure A but not paid the due amount till date.
