The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for production of her husband who is stated to be missing since 22nd August 2024.

Ld. counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's husband has been traced to his parent's house and the Petitioner has met her husband. Thus, she no longer wishes to pursue the present writ petition. 4.

As per the said status report, the concerned police authorities had also met the husband at his parents' house at B-204, DLF Capital Greens, Moti Nagar, New Delhi. Further, it is stated that the husband's statement has also been recorded whereby he has informed that he is voluntarily residing at his parents' house and is not under any threat.

In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
