The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that an FIR No. 36/2020, dated 16.01.2020, registered on a complaint given by the petitioner is still not being investigated completely. 4.

The learned Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that the investigation has been carried out in all fairness. However, he submits that the documents have been summoned from Delhi Archives and he is hopeful that the investigation will be completed within a period of five to six months. In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains and the FIR is not investigated expeditiously.
