The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in regard to the protection of the life and safety of the petitioner's minor son, Master Anagh Tiwary from any potential threat posed by the Respondent No. 5 4.

After some submissions, the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate forum. 5.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
