These petitions have been filed for quashing of FIR No.470/2024 under Sections 376D/377/323/506/120B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Sagarpur, qua all three petitioners.

2.

This Court on 2nd September 2024 and 11th September 2024 had passed directions that no coercive steps be taken against petitioner subject to their joining and cooperating in the investigation. 3.

However, it is now stated by the ASC, that charge-sheet has been filed qua accused Rekha Yadav and Gaurav Yadav, while accused Vikas Yadav is absconding and proceeding under Section 82 Cr.P.C. have been initiated.

In this view of the matter, counsel for petitioners seeks leave to withdraw these petitions, with liberty to agitate their pleas before the Trial Court at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave and liberty granted.

Both these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications, if any.

In the event of any apprehension of arrest of petitioner(s), they will be at liberty to approach the Trial Court, to seek appropriate remedy. 8.
