This petition has been filed seeking directions for expeditious investigation in FIR No. 187/2023 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Amar Colony.

It is stated by counsel for the petitioner that on 23rd October 2020, a written complaint was filed regarding commission of offence by M/s Ganpati Resources and HDFC Bank Ltd. in relation to the release of goods illegally without payment to the petitioner on presentation of documents by the Bank.
