By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek following prayers: "a) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to the respondent No.1 for initiating disciplinary action against the Respondent No.2 for dereliction of duty by not performing his duty and for wasting the precious judicial time of more than one year;

b) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to the respondent No.I to the Hon'ble Mahila court presided over by Ms. Sana Khan, Ld. J.M.F.C., South District, Delhi to issue the notices to the respondents in C.C. No. 1349/2023 on the basis of the process fee already filed twicely and for expeditious hearing of case.

c) Issue such other or further appropriate Writ, Order or Direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, in the interest of justice."
