% 19.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 261/2016 under Sections 337 IPC registered at police station Bawana may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Rajender Kumar of police station Bawana. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner vide Settlement Agreement dated 6th February, 2018 of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Affidavit of respondent no.2 is also on record. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice,

aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
