The accused/applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.319/2025 of PS New Ashok Nagar for offence under Section 80(2)/85/3(5) BNS. Broadly speaking, the accused/applicant is sister-in-law (sister of husband) of the deceased. The deceased, within 07 years of her marriage committed suicide by hanging herself as she was being tortured for dowry by her husband, parents-in-law and the present accused/applicant. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application, stating that the accused/applicant shall surrender and then seek regular bail. 3.

The anticipatory bail application as well as accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
