Considering the averments as made in the application and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and as the original documents of applicant are no more required by this court, being the suit already dismissed on 04.05.2106, 16 original documents of applicant as prayed in application be returned to authorised officer of D- 5 as per rules.

The applicant is directed to appear before AR (Original) on 15.09.2017 at 3:00 pm for above compliance.
