This petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitrator. 4.

Disputes having arisen between the parties with respect to Work Order dated 26.11.2018, Petitioner filed a petition in this Court under Section 11(6) of 1996 Act, being ARB. P. 1052/2022, which was allowed on 07.10.2022 and a Sole Arbitrator was appointed to adjudicate the disputes. Mandate of the learned Arbitrator was extended from time to time and lastly O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 627/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. upto 18.07.2025 vide order dated 20.01.2025 in OMP (MISC) (COMM) 53/2025. It is stated that award has been reserved for pronouncement and publication and learned Arbitrator has requested for extension of the mandate till 08.10.2025 vide order dated 12.07.2025. 5.

Issue notice.

Ms. Manmeet Kaur, learned counsel for the Respondent accepts notice and on instructions, submits that the Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 7.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended upto 08.10.2025 from 13.08.2025 and the period between 19.07.2025 to 12.08.2025 is regularised. 8.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
