The counsels point out that the valuation of the suit for the purposes of court fees and jurisdiction is Rs.20,05,000/- i.e. below the minimum pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court and the suit, in accordance with Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, is liable to be transferred to the Subordinate Courts. 2.

The counsels state that since as per the amended memorandum of parties dated 2nd March, 2016, the registered office of the defendant No.1 is at C-235, Savitri Nagar, New Delhi-110017 which falls in the jurisdiction of the District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi and the suit is entertainable by the District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi.
