% 13.08.2025 1.
The present petition is filed seeking quashing of the FIR No. 02/2022 dated 01.01.2022, registered at Economic Offences Wing, for the offences under Sections 420/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC').
2.
At the outset, it is pointed out that the petitioners have already been discharged in the said FIR by the learned Trial Court by a detailed order dated 06.03.2025.
3.
The petitioners seem to be aggrieved that the said order has not attained finality as complainant has challenged the same before the learned Sessions Court.
4.
Mere pendency of a challenge to the order on discharge cannot be a ground to seek quashing of FIR when concededly, the petitioners have been discharged and they are no longer an accused in the case.
