This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner for the grant of regular bail in case FIR no. 508/2022 under Section 376/506 IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act, PS Hari Nagar.

After part submissions, the Ld. Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the bail application. However, he states that applicant is in custody for the last about 3 years and therefore, direction be issued to the Trail Court for expeditious disposal of the case.

Ld.
