The present Appeal is filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, by the Appellant impugning the Order dated 22.04.2025 passed by the learned Family Courts, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in Guardianship Petition No. 23/2022. 4.

of the building as the mother and the nine-year-old child, in order to facilitate the uninterrupted exercise of visitation rights by the mother of a nine-year-old child.

This Court takes note that the mother has been granted visitation rights on every Saturday for a duration of 1.5 hours only. She is entitled to have custody of the child during this period without any disturbance. No ground for interference is made out. 6.

Accordingly, the present appeal, along with pending application(s), if any, is dismissed.
