On the last date of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner had prayed that the respondent company had been making payments of money in instalments and there is a likelihood that the entire amount would be paid by March, 2018. A request was made that the matter be stood over beyond March, 2018. Today, none has appeared for the petitioner despite pass over. The petition is dismissed in default. All the pending applications, if any, is also dismissed in default.
