Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

For the cause taken up in this writ petition, the petitioner has already represented the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and other authorities, on 08.07.2025.

sanctioned and in respect of the other, sanction has been accorded under Saral Scheme. He has further stated that so far as the third portion is concerned, the Corporation's authority could not ascertain the actual position, however, he assures that adequate caution shall be taken so far as the third portion of the building is concerned. He has also stated that certain proceedings seeking regularization of certain part of the construction have been initiated, which are also pending.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition along with pending applications, with the direction to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to proceed with the prayer for regularization in accordance with law, and in case thereafter, any irregularity in construction is found, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

We make it clear that we have passed this order on the statement made by learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and any observation made herein shall not be construed as to the merit on the claim of the petitioner or either of the parties.
