Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Seeking redressal of the grievances expressed in this writ petition, a complaint has already been made to the Special Task Force, on 25.09.2024, which has been enclosed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel representing the Delhi Development Authority, on instructions, has stated that the said complaint has been taken into cognizance and requisite steps are being taken to redress the grievances of the petitioner. It has further been stated that the matter has now been referred to the Religious Committee.

In view of the aforesaid, what we find is that the complaint made by the petitioner into his grievances, dated 25.09.2024 is already proceeded with as per law and therefore, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the authorities concerned to take the issue raised in this petition to its logical end. 5.

The writ petition along with pending applications stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
