The petitioners seek to rely upon the decision of this Court in Avtar Singh v. Punjabi Academy & Anr. [W.P.(C) 3675/2017 and other connected matters, decided on 15.07.2025]. The decision can always be placed before the Tribunal for appropriate orders. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
