% 06.04.2016 On 13.08.2013, a Division Bench of this Court had admitted this writ petition on the ground that the decision of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Gwalior Bench in WP(C) 311/2012 was against the petitioner and the same was the subject matter of challenge before the Supreme Court. Liberty was granted to the petitioner herein to seek hearing of the writ petition after the Supreme Court took a decision on the subject. The learned counsel for the petitioner informs us that the said Special Leave Petition being SLP(C) No.16064/2012 (Real Mazon India Ltd v. State of M.P. & Ors.) was taken up for hearing by the Supreme Court on 15.01.2016 and the same was dismissed.
