This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other, appropriate Writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondents to defreeze the petitioner's bank account No. 002901584297 maintained at ICICI Branch (Code 29) at W-57, M Block Market, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi and withdraw communication/ letter dated 24.07.2025 and/or quash it; (b) Pass an order directing the respondents to give compensation of Rs.10 Lakh to the petitioner for mental tension and agony; (c) For issuance of any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case;

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 2/ICICI Bank, on instructions, submits that no order has been passed by the Bank freezing the account of the Petitioner bearing No. 002901584297 or marking a lien and therefore the writ petition is without any cause of action. 5.
In light of the statement made on behalf of ICICI Bank, which is taken on record and accepted binding the Bank, counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition. 6.
Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to seek revival of the writ petition in case the statement made by the Bank is found to be incorrect.
