The counsel for the plaintiff, in pursuance to the order dated 20th March, 2017, seeks to withdraw the suit with liberty to file again after addressing the issues as raised in the order dated 20th March, 2017 and seeks refund of court fees paid.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid but on the condition that the plaintiff, along with fresh proceedings if any, files a copy of the plaint in this suit as well as all the orders in this suit, particularly the order dated 20th March, 2017.

Out of the court fees of Rs.1,98,000/- paid by the plaintiff, a certificate entitling the plaintiff to get refund of Rs.1,80,000/- be issued in favour of the plaintiff and be handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff. Copy of this order be given dasti.
