% 11.01.2016 Ld. counsel for parties submit that suit is non-commercial in nature and the suit property is situated at Nehru Palace which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi and hence seek transfer of present case to District South-East, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Plaintiff is directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (SouthEast), Saket, Delhi on 28.03.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
