Report received from the Senior Medical Officer, Incharge Central Jail Hospital. As per report, in view of complaint of petitioner of pain and swelling over left hand, FNAC was conducted at DDU Hospital which is suggestive of spindle cell lipoma (Benign). Accordingly, petitioner was advised for excision of lipomatous swelling but he refused for the same. 2.

but a lipomatous swelling which is benign in nature. The report reveals that the medical condition and the vitals of the petitioner are stable and he is being provided all the prescribed treatment from the Jail Dispensary. 3.

Mr. Khurana, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is also suffering from coronary heart disease for which he had three stunts implanted about few years ago, and therefore, he wants to get a review done from his Cardiologist.

Since the condition of the petitioner is stable and the report of the doctor does not suggest that petitioner is suffering from any such ailment which cannot be treated and cured while staying in the Jail, Court finds no justification for the grant of interim bail. The application is therefore dismissed with direction to Superintendent Jail to provide best possible treatment and also to get the petitioner examined from a Cardiologist. 5.

Copy of this order be sent to Superintendent Jail for information and compliance.
