O R D E R

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties by which insurer has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the claimant over and above the amount awarded by the learned MACT. 2.

It is agreed that the amount shall be deposited by the insurer to the claimants through Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within 30 days from today, failing which interest @ 9% per annum shall be payable.

After the deposit of the amount by the insurance company with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, the same shall be released to the claimant by the committee subject to verification. 4.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further

orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 5.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the court Master.
