The petitioners have filed this application seeking amendment of the captioned writ petition. It appears from the application that the land in question has been wrongly identified throughout the writ petition. 2.

In these circumstances, since the identification of the land is fundamental to the case, Mr. V.P. Rana, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with the correct details of the land.
