The present petition for transfer of Complaint Case No. 20/2024 titled Nilofar v. Manishi @ Mamta has been instituted pursuant to the order passed by Registrar General of this Court dated 12th August, 2025. The said order was passed in view of the request made by the Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act)(CBI), Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi on the observations and request made by Ms. Smita Garg, Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-13, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi that since the chargesheet/police report filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation, pending adjudication before the court, does not relate to any accused in the complaint case, the same is required to be proceeded with by the concerned Court, where the complaint case was originally filed i.e., the court of CJM, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 2.

In view of the minutes dated 15th April, 2019 of the Administrative and General Supervision committee of this Court as quoted in the order dated 05th August, 2025 passed by Registrar General of this Court, Complaint Case No. 20/2024 titled Nilofar v. Manishi @ Mamta, presently pending adjudication before the court of Ms. Smita Garg, Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-13, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi is transferred to the Court of CJM, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 4.

The parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court on 30th August, 2025. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. 5.

A copy of this order be sent immediately without any failure to the Principal District and Sessions Judges of the concerned district for necessary information and compliance.
