Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that matter has been settled between the parties and defendants have already made some part payment and undertook to make the remaining payment. At the request of ld. counsel for plaintiff, put up for further proceedings on 28th November, 2017.

Order dated 28.11.2017 Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that matter has been settled between the parties and she wishes to withdraw the suit. List the matter before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on 11th December, 2017."

Possibly for this reason no one appears for the plaintiff who had to withdraw the suit.
