These petitions are filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A

(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of mandate of learned Arbitral Tribunal, arising out of three different references.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to Contract Agreements dated 08.03.2013, three-member Arbitral Tribunal was constituted to adjudicate the disputes. Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal was successively extended from time to time and lastly, vide orders dated 03.02.2025, 23.01.2025 and 27.01.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 102/2025, O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 71/2025 and O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 79/2025, respectively by a period of six months, which has expired on 31.07.2025. It is stated in the petitions that arguments have been concluded and the award has been reserved for pronouncement and publication. 5.

Mr. Udit Seth, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent in all the three petitions and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and considering that issues involved in the matters are complicated and records are voluminous, mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 06 months from 01.08.2025, in all the three arbitral proceedings. 8.
