Impugned order directs bank guarantee to be furnished in sum of `3,81,86,131/-. The order is an interim order and records prima-facie observations.

Record of the execution petition would evince that in the absence of any stay the necessary bank guarantee has been furnished to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar General of this Court. 2.

Be that as it may, since none appears for the appellant the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
