% 07.01.2016 Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that suit is valued at Rs.22,00,000/- for the purposes of jurisdiction. In view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, the suit has to be transferred to the subordinate courts of competent jurisdiction. It is further submitted that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi on 10th February, 2016. File be transferred by the Registry to the transferee court forthwith.
