This appeal is filed on behalf of the Appellant under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') challenging the impugned order dated 22.05.2025 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator on an application filed by the Appellant under Section 17 of the 1996 Act. 2.
Mr. Anupam Srivastava, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Appellant at the outset, on instructions, submits that some crucial facts, which were not within the knowledge of the Appellant at the stage when the impugned order was passed, have now come to light, which will have a significant bearing on the case of the Appellant with respect to interim reliefs claimed in the application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act and thus, ARB.
