Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 114/2024 of PS Cyber Police Station (South), New Delhi for offence under Section 170/419/420 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner. But the learned counsel for respondent State assisted by SI Udai Singh informs that there are 97 more complaints of similar nature pending against the present petitioner. 2.

That being so, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may face trial. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
