This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. 2.
Mr. Rakesh Khanna, learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that Respondent is willing to pay a sum of Rs. 36 lakhs to the Petitioner in full and final settlement of all its claims within two weeks from today.

Mr. Harinder Nagpal, Authorized Representative of the Petitioner is present in Court and submits that Petitioner is willing to accept the said amount as full and final settlement of all its claims against the Respondent and petition be disposed of accordingly.

In light of the settlement between the parties, this petition is disposed of taking on record the undertaking of the Respondent that it shall pay a sum of Rs. 36 lakhs to the Petitioner within two weeks from today as also the undertaking of the authorised representative of Petitioner that after receipt of Rs. 36 lakhs, no further claim will be made against the Respondent pertaining to the disputes, which are subject matter of this petition.
