Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application before the trial court after testimony of Manjeet, who according to prosecution is their star witness and on whom, summons stand served. However, as requested by learned counsel for accused/applicant, in case on the next date Manjeet does not appear, before the trial court, the accused/applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh application before the trial court.
