This Court notes that the complainant is yet to be examined before the learned Trial Court and the matter stood adjourned to December, since the learned Trial Judge was on training. It was expected that in case the learned Judge was on leave and there were directions from this Court for recording of the evidence of the complainant, a shorter date should have been given as the bail application of the applicant had been listed for hearing.
