The petitioners have filed two suits seeking possession of the different floors with respect to the same property.

During course of the pendency of the abovesaid two suits, the petitioners/plaintiffs moved an application under order XII Rule 6 CPC in both the matters.

The only grievance raised in the present petitions is to be effect that such applications have yet not been decided and the learned Trial Court be requested to expedite the disposal in a time-bound manner. 4.
The next date is reported to be 13th September, 2024 for further consideration on the above said applications. 5.
Though it will not be appropriate for this Court to give any time-bound direction in this regard, the present petitions are hereby disposed of with the request to the learned Trial Court to consider the abovesaid applications filed under Order XII Rule 6 CPC, as expeditiously as possible. 6.
Both the petitions stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
