% 27.07.2018 Counsel for the Judgment Debtor enters appearance. He hands over a copy of the resolution passed by the Judgment Debtor in its General Body Meeting held on 27th May, 2018, whereby it has been decided to assign Flat No.115 in the Society to the Decree Holder in full and final satisfaction of the claims of the Decree Holder. Counsel for the Judgment Debtor submits that the Society shall take all necessary steps for ensuring the transfer of the flat in favour of the Decree Holder or its nominee.

The President and the Secretary of the Judgment Debtor are present in Court were identified by the counsel for the Judgment Debtor.

Counsel for the Decree Holder submits that this offer of the flat is acceptable to the Decree Holder and with this offer, the

Award/Decree shall stand satisfied.

The petition is disposed of accordingly, recording the above settlement.
