By the present petition, the petitioners pray as under : (a) Direct the Police Commissioner to reverse the area transfer to the father police station.

(b) Pass any other order that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances 2.

The prayer of the petitioners is not clear.

From the perusal of the petition, it appears that the petitioners want that their current residence at Sector-11, Rohini, should come within the jurisdiction of Police Station Prashant Vihar instead of Police Station Shahbad Dairy. 4.

As per the petitioners, the jurisdiction in regard to Sector11, Rohini, was transferred way back in the year 2019 from Police Station Prashant Vihar to Police Station Shahbad Dairy by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the decision of Commissioner of Police.

The decision of the Commissioner of Police was also approved by the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor.

At such belated stage, I see no reason or ground to accede to the petitioners' request. Even otherwise, merely because some prejudice is caused due to the transfer of jurisdiction from one Police Station to another, cannot be a reason to interfere with the administrative decision of the respondent authorities. 7.

The present petition is, therefore, dismissed. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
