The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023,1 read with Section 528 of BNSS seeks regular bail in proceedings arising from FIR No. 132/2025 under Section 124(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at P.S. Prasad Nagar.

After making some submissions, Mr. Daviender Hora, counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to re-apply before the Trial Court, at a later stage, should there be any material change in circumstances.
