Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it appears that the aspect as to whether the order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the Central Consumer Protection Authority ('CCPA') is without jurisdiction on the ground that the same has been communicated by the Under Secretary, can be looked into by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission ('NCDRC'). CCPA has the jurisdiction to deal with the subject matter of the dispute. 2.
The Court, therefore, finds that there is an alternate remedy available for the petitioner to get his grievance redressed. There is no reason to enter into the controversy on merit, unless the petitioner approaches the NCDRC and avails the alternate remedy.

Reserving the aforesaid liberty in favour of the petitioner, the instant petition itself stands disposed of along with the pending application. 4.
