% 25.10.2016 In terms of the order dated 18.10.2016 passed by the Learned District & Sessions Judge (East) whereas observed that the property in dispute is 57, Pushpanjali, Delhi-110092 which is next to Saini Enclave and opposite to Jagriti Enclave/Anand Vihar and the said property is situated within the jurisdiction of Tehsil Vivek Vihar which falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District. Learned counsel for the parties has no objection to this effect. In view of the above, let the matter be sent before the District & Session Judge (Shahdara District) Karkardooma Court. Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Court on 10.11.2016.

The suit files be made available to the Ld District & Session Judge (Shahdara District) at Karkardooma Court on the date already fixed.
