The accused/applicant seeks bail in case FIR No. 490/2020 of PS Amar Colony for offence under Section 363/376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

In furtherance of the last order, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions of his client seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after completion of cross-examination of the prosecutrix.

Accordingly, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. 4.

It is made clear that no arguments on merits have been advanced on behalf of the accused/applicant.
