% 14.08.2025 1.
After making some submissions, counsel for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to other remedies, as available under law.
2.
At this juncture, Mr. Hemant Mehla, APP for State, draws the attention of this Court to an earlier petition i.e., CRL. M.C. 1922/2024 seeking quashing of the subject FIR No. 551/2018 registered at P.S. Jafrabad, on the basis of consent between the parties. The same was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 20th December, 2024, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Mr. Mehla points out that the Court had not granted the liberty to the Petitioner to re-file the present petition. 3.

prayed for. Indeed, the objection raised by the State has merit and the instant petition invites costs, however, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the same is disposed of cautioning the Petitioner. 4.
Pending application also stands disposed of.
